Pals, never thought I would see the day: final proof signed off today, to be delivered to me a week late on 28 June, and mailed out that week. To those of you who have ordered, thank you ....... you will not be disappointed, the book looks superb, on luxury paper, grand dustjacket etc.

Orders accpted up to 28 June at discounted price, after that, £25 plus postage.

Leaflet available if anyone missed the first time round.

Why not post the book and purchase details in Sales, wants and swaps?

Yes, but I want to get my order in.

My thinking was that making life as easy as possible for buyers equals more orders.

Congratulations on the numbers.

Hear hear - really high production values (right phrase?), well proportioned, highly detailed notes, dozens of photographs, previously unseen, great maps.

This book is a gem - a real labour of love.

Put me down for a copy of 'Old Soldier Sahib'!

Received the book today. Very high quality publication. Perused the photos and footnotes and very happy with what I have. Cant quite place the smell though.

Just on the off chance - I guess the original Robert Graves introduction was copyrighted by his estate...

Does anyone have a copy or a scan of this they'd be willing to share?
