alf mcm Posted 19 October , 2010 Share Posted 19 October , 2010 Hello Barry, There is a Heinrich W M Frommhold in the England and Wales Death Index. It is dated October to December 1919, in Hackney, London. There is no note of an age. You would need to purchase the death certificate to find out who his parents are. Regards, Alf McM

Mark1959 Posted 28 September , 2019 Share Posted 28 September , 2019 (edited) Welcome I think the confusion arises as HWM the soldier appears to be William Henry (or Heinrich ) Max born in Germany 15/10/1893 (1939 list). He is 17 in 1911. And that date fits in with the roll of honour details. His brother Henry born 20/6/1903 in Walthamstow is Henry WM. The older brother WHM married married Blanche Lizzie Alice Morgan in Walthamstow on 2/7/16. He served with the AFS (Auxillary Fire Service) at the time of the 1939 list The younger, I think, married Evelyn M Lodge in 1938, He appears to die 5/2/1967. He and his family were occupying 26 Stafford Road in 1939 - the family address in 1911. Have not found a death for the older brother yet, The HWM who died in 1919 was about 56 years old and is the father, Ancestry have a transcribed record that says "Gesan Hospital, Dalston removed to 26 Stafford Rd, Walthamstow" and buried 29/11/19 in Queens Road Cemetery, Waltham Forest I have identified the father's birth and marriage in Germany, His full name was Heinrich Wilhelm Max.
