Queen Alexandra’s Imperial Military Nursing Service

Died 16.01.19 Age 30

Buried: Minterburn Presbyterian Church Graveyard, Co Tyrone, UK

Thanks Chris, What amazed me, when I read through her service record, was how she was missed at the time.

Apart from the fact that she 'Died in Service', which alone should have qualified her for commemoration, there are four hospital reports comfirming that her disability was contracted in and attributable to service and five documents of the funeral expenses, paid by her mother and reimburseed by the War Office.
