andigger Posted 9 June , 2004 Share Posted 9 June , 2004 Has anyone read this book. I saw it tonight at the book store and it appeared interesting. It contains 180 first hand accounts of the war from all sides and from different units... artillery, air corp, infantry, and home front. All major combatant nations seemed to be included. The premise reminded me of Lyn MacDonald, but didn't seem to have the same cohesion. What do others think? Andy
