Remembered on The Great War Forum today

Jeremiah Anthony Dacey, ERA (Engine Room Artificer) 4th Class, number M/13068 Royal Navy, died aged 26 while serving on HMS Indefatigable at the Battle of Jutland, 31st May 1916

He was the son of William Dacey (and the late Katherine Dacey) of 26 Merches Gardens, Grangetown, Cardiff.

He is remembered on the Plymouth Naval Memorial

REMEMBERING TODAY.

DACEY Engine room artticifer 4th class JEREMIA ANTHONY M/13068 HMS INDEFATIGBLE ROYAL NAVY.Killed in action at BATTLE OF JUTLAND 31st May 1916 age 26.Son of wILLIAM DACEY of 26 Merches Gardens,Grangetown,Cardiff and the late Katherine Dacey.Born at Cardiff.

MAY HE REST IN PEACE AND RISE IN GLORY.

Don’t take it to heart John; there’s no harm done.

If Chris or a Moderator is worried about space then I’m sure that they will delete one entry. The same thing happened on the 27th May with Lt. C. B. Wiatt RNR. However I’d rather see a man (and a ship) remembered twice, than that they slip by, ignored.
