RFT Posted 3 June , 2010 Share Posted 3 June , 2010 The only Cooper I could find among the Awards to Army Officers is :- Temp. 2nd Lieut., Cecil Aubrey Cooper R.A., awarded the Order of St Anne, 3rd Class with Swords.
