irishmen1916 Posted 3 June , 2010 Share Posted 3 June , 2010 Minister for Tourism, Culture and Sport, Mary Hanafin was due to launch the website containing the full records from the survey this morning. This new site contains over 4.5m individual records from the returns made by some 850,000 households in the 32 counties of Ireland on Census night in 1901. It will now be available free of charge for everyone across the world to access and research. http://www.rte.ie/news/2010/0602/1901census.html http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/ Just came across this today, happy hunting Pals.
