Ypres to Brugges

In the past I have done the journey, changing at Kortrijk.

Cannot find a relevant timetable.

Can some kind person give me a steer?

Change at Kortrijk or Menen. About 90 mins in total. Or get the bus to Rosalaere and get said train from there.

I find the deutschebahn site pretty good for most European Jpourneys.

This page gave me the times of trains from Ieper to Brugge. No doubt it will tell you reverse times, fares etc.

Iain is quite right about the bus to Rosalaere and then the train. The bus goes from the concourse in front of Ieper station, and wends its way to Rosalaere station through the battlefields and is far more scenically splendid than the train.

One of my party would not like a bus: lack of, er, er, facilities!

Thanks to all, will take train to Kortrijk, wait 39 mins then train to Brugges.

Brugges station is some distance from the town, but there is bus service from the station to the market place
