Royal Sussex Regiment. Advice sought

I have picked up the following from a local Caernarfonshire paper dated 6/1/1920

"Pte Hughie Parry, Glan Seiont is home for a few days from Aldershot Hospital. He is quite weak and has to remain in hospital for a while. He has been in some terrible places in South Russia."

Whilst there are plenty of Hugh Parry in medals there is only one Hughie Parry and he is 36629 Border Regt then G23883 in Royal Sussex Regt. Victory and British only. I can't find this mans papers.

Looking on LLT I see that the 2/6th (TF) and the 11th have a Russian connection although I cannot see the number as being a TF and the 11th went North.

I'm hoping that any of our Royal Sussex experts may have casualties lists etc that may give this mans' place of residence or anything that may tie him to North Wales

TIA

There are 4 Hughie's in the Caern area in 1911

What does "Glan Seiont" ?

Thanks

It's a house or street name

Seiont is the name of the river at Caernarfon. Glan means (in this case) riverside or riverbank.

Rough translation is 'the bank of the river Seiont'
