Staffsyeoman Posted 28 May , 2010 Share Posted 28 May , 2010 There is someone on EBay selling reproduction WW1 formation signs, about £7 a go. Haven't bought so don't remember, but a search on 'formation sign' will bring them up.

River97 Posted 29 May , 2010 Share Posted 29 May , 2010 Well done, Can I ask what your history is with the Division. My Great Grand Pa served as a Gunner with the Divisional Artillery (see signature). I have a few books and medals to the soldiers of the Division as well. Cheers Andy. squirrel Posted 29 May , 2010 Author Share Posted 29 May , 2010 Andy, just my interest in the 18th, County of London, London Irish Rifles Battalions. 2/18th was with 60th Division. Have mocked up Brigade/Battalion patches both green diamonds if I have it correct, with Coy. strips both battalions and just wanted the div patch to make up a small display with a cap badge. john gregory Posted 7 July , 2010 Share Posted 7 July , 2010 Sqirrel, you have the wrong scheme of battle patches for the 60th Div. 2nd / 18 London, it was a green inverted triangle, 2" top 3" sides in felt. The 47th Div. patch for the 1st / 18 London was the green diamond in felt.
