BWM re-united with family descendant

Don't think This story from today's Tottygraph (30/04/10) about the return of the BWM of Thomas Swan to a family descendant has been mentioned yet

Edit: looks likely to be (from MICs): Swan, Thomas H; The Queen's Reg, Pte, 49479; Labour Corp 79610 and this man's service record did survive (Thomas Henry Swan) which gives age of 38 on attestment (birthdate 1879 not 1979 as per Tottygraph!); The record has the acknowledgement of receipt for the BWM; he was also entitled to the Victory medal - wonder if that went the same way?

Great to see it back in the family. It really makes one wonder how many other medals met the same fate!
