I now have jpeg images of the 1/6th West Yorkshire Regiment war diary from 1915 to 1919. Quite large images, so might need to send Cd's to Pals who want more than a month or two. I'm not in the UK for most of June, so perhaps requests could be delayed until July.

I've just downloaded the 47th Divison - 19th London and 20th London Battalions complete. Typically the month I was looking for was missing but have been able to fill in other gaps.

Hie there

That's a fantastic list!! Please feel free to add to it the War Diary of the 4th Cameron Highlanders from 01 February 1915 to 01 March 1917. I have them transcribed and can search for anyone who is interested.

All the best

Patrick

Any luck with the 6 East Lancashires? Not sure if they would be listed in another form.

It is an incredible list!

Cheers

Update 23rd July 2010

I have amended the East and West Surrey entries so that they take you to the site from which you can link into the actual diaries. This method is a tad slower but works.

A couple more new entries have been included on the first list of British Infantry Units included on post 1. The other Bitish Diaries are listed on post 118. Higher up page 5 are the details for the Canadian, NZ and Australian Diaries/Links.
