Hi everybody,

A little message to tell to the people looking for graves in Les Baraques (Bleriot Sangatte FRANCE), that I have had a postal card of the cemetery of 1923 and that I can scan it for you, just ask me.

Hi Llew,

I still have your asking, last week I visited the cemetery (first to see where he was) but I did not have my camera with me, I will go there again maybe next week and take the pictures, the cemetery is at 15 minutes fo my university, I just need time to go there and to not forget it.

But it willbe done.

I would put this request as a separate want as it is well off Remys patch. I have some photos taken in the Raperie Cemetery at Villemontoire in April but probably not your man.

Hi,

My wife's uncle Bill was killed in August 1918 in France. We have extensively researched much of the information available about him but one piece of essential detail has proven elusive. I am therefore writing to enquire whether anyone is visiting the northern France battlefields near the Villemontoire War Graves cemetary to the north east of Paris and just south of Soissons. It is unlikely that we will ever be in a position to travel there in person.

We have several general photographs (downloaded from the web) but would dearly love a photograph of his headstone. If anyone is able to assist I could gladly provide fuller details.

You might try http://twgpp.org/the_commonwealth_war_graves_commission.php It isn't free, but if they have a photo of the grave it is inexpensive and fast.

Remy,

Thanks for the reply, if the cemetery is well off your patch, then please don't go out of your way just to get my photo's.

Best regards. Llew.

Hi Remy, if you are still able I was looking for a photograph of the grave of Private Henry Crombie service number 13653 who is buried in Les Baraques Military Cemetery. If you can provide this I would be very grateful.

Thank you for providing this amazing assistance to those of us unable to get there ourselves.

Regards

Stuart

Hello,

I've looked your list but all the cemeteries are far from my area, but I know some Australian graves in the cemeteries in my area but don't know if their are in the unit you are looking for.

I will but them on my website and will tell you when done and you will just have to look at it and ask if you are interested, then if I forget to say to you when its on my website (in 2 months) send me a message.

Rémy
