The DC ref also gives his name as Patrick so will also look at getting CWGC to change that

Last time I tried they wanted £30, so good luck.

There is a MI transcript of Ladywell by North West Kent FHS , but it doesn't relate to the grave numbers. Nor does the other one that is only available at the library, although with a bit of work you can roughly locate a grave.

However, Ref 11881:

CWGC has confirmed today this his place of commemoration is now Ladywell Cemetery
