Hello

Given the recent spate of hooked quillon debates, I thought I'd add these pictures of one that I recently found near Bordeaux ?! It didn't have its scabbard, but the price was very good. I don't collect bayonets, they just go alog with my webbing sets...this will prpbabaly end up on ebay at some point......

Examples of Hooked Quillion Bayonets can be seen "in use" in the 1960's BBC "The Great War" Series; disc concerned with the Somme & others...{I noticed them last night!}
