Llamafarmer Posted 19 February , 2010 Share Posted 19 February , 2010 Does anyone know the whearabouts of 12th Battalion the Worcester regiment between August 1914 and August 1915? Llamafarmer Posted 19 February , 2010 Author Share Posted 19 February , 2010 thanks, found it! Next question is on one of the service documents i have shows a conduct sheet issued by the 1st Garr Batt Royal Warks Regt yet my great grandads battalion was marked on it in pen as the 12th Batt Worcester Regt. He seems to have swapped back and forth between the two and even had two regimental numbers, why would this happen? Did the Warwickshires and the Worcesters join forces?
