Belgian Leaders

Am trying to find information on 2 Belgian division commanders during the war (not sure if this is where I should post this, but please transfer as appropriate):

Ruwet-commanded 5 Division in August and September 1914 Initials may be G.A.

LeChat-commanded 5 Division January-June 1916. First initial may be P.

Any info appreciated. Any ideas where to look equally appreciated. In neither case am I certain of the initials.
