Irelands Casualties of WW1

Hi there all,

I have just noticed this on Ancestry today, clicked it open and at the moment it appears to be a free service and it as the apperance of the National Roll of Honour.

Good hunting every one.

Cheers Roger.

Yes, I noticed that the other day. I'm not sure it will add much by way of detail for most researchers though as it looks to contain pretty much the same info as 'Soldiers Died'.

I also note that De Ruvigny's Roll of Honour is also there (if it has been there for a while and you all know, I apologise for the lack of a 'wow' factor to this news)

How many volumes of De Ruvigny is there lads?

Regards.

Tom.

Could you put up a link for this? I've tried going into Ancestry.uk and can't find any of this.

Thanks!

Hi there Tom

5 Volumes, you can either enter by volume, or by name.

Cheers Roger.

It's on the Home Page, listed in the Updates. It says New in red next to it. Alternatively go into the Military records.

Andrew,

Thanks for your help. I did finally track it down through the What's New section. I'm not a subscriber so I still wind up at the subscription page.

Thanks again,

Tyrim
