Hoping someone might have a list of Canadian regiments that were at or thru Bramshott Camp prior to September, 1916.

I have not seen such a list, but seeing that starting in October 1915 all formed units arriving from Canada were to go to Bramshott, I suppose one could start with a list of those.

However, if we are more concerned with the few months just prior to September 1916, the major tenant at Bramshott was the newly formed 4th Canadian Division. Besides the 4th Division units who left for France in mid-August, there were a few others, such as the 51st and 79th Infantry Battalions who were with 4th Division at Bramshott but did not make the trip to France.

If you already have investigated these, forget I said anything!
