Having downloaded the records referred to by Stebie, here's a question: would he also have an army record from his time in the 3rd Hussars?

Willcox's History of the 3rd Hussars lists him as KIA while serving with the RFC, but of course by that time the RFC had become the RAF, as the MIC correctly shows.
