Command Depot

This one is probably for Chis Baker.

On several of my service records, men are shippped home and transferred to what looks like "Seaford" Command Depot, whereas the Long Long Trail lists Thetford as the one for the Royal Engineers e.g Service Record for James Henry Sales 102076.

I am correct in reading Seaford or is it an error?

A few hits if you google Command Depot Seaford 1914-1918,quite a military area,varied selection of units,incl canadian RE with it's Command Depot.
