NZ Vet Corps Cap Badge

Hi There,

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as an NZ Officers Vet. Corps Cap Badge?

I have been told that they were different to normal issue types but can not find any research that backs this up.

Any help with this would be most welcome as badges are not my strong point I am sorry to say!

From the NZ Corbert badge book......

The officers badges were bi-metal wreath in gilt, monogram in silver.

Is there any chance of a photo/image of that sort of badge if you have one, so I know what to look out for in the future!

Would that be WW1, Boer War or some other period?

As I am looking really for a Boer War/ WW1 issue item.

Hi Neale

The corps was formed in 1907.

The badge I gave you the info for on was WW1.
