Came across thes online. Somme 1919
Not sure if this is the Michelin book, but is has some fantastic photographs of the Somme area. It's probably old hat to many, but will be of interest to any who have not seen it before.

One thing I noticed on page 37 or so, there is a photo of a crater at La Boisselle (poss'y Lochnager) which shows some marked graves and what appears to be a skull. I seem to recall a thread concerning burials at the bottom of one of the craters but I could not narrow the search sufficiently to find the thread.
