I have previously posted this enqry before I knew how to track replies and now can't find the info I was given.My great Uncle details below

STEPHENS, ALBERT JOHN

initials:A J

Nationality:United Kingdom

Rank:Serjeant

Regiment/Service:Royal Engineers

Unit Text:106th Field Coy.

Date of Death:17/04/1918

Service No:65190

He was awarded a belgian medal as detailed in the London Gazette, however I am still trying to find the circumstances of the award. Hope someone can point me in the right direction
