RHLV Posted 30 September , 2009 Share Posted 30 September , 2009 In August 1916 the Romanians changed commanders of the 17th Division. New new guy was named Spirescu. I've never heard of him. Aslan,was made out of a group of observation ,made out of Divisions 16th and 18th of Infantry and Ist Cavalry Division ,stretched along the Danube until the mouth of Arges River ,and of other three Divisions -the 17th ,the 9th and 19th -along the frontier of Dobrogea.
