Selby!

The first concentration point for the Leeds Rifles at the beginning of the Great War!

I really like Selby. Cycled through there hundreds of times.

Simon,

you have to identify the place first. Then move a few Km following their alignement.

Unfortunately the easiest alignement to spot, the one on the far left, doesn't bring to a battery which is visible on GE.

No that one was Redmires. What should be visible is part of a network of trenches dug for the training of the Sheffield City Battalion.

The ropey reproduction of the image probably masked all the identifying features, Sorry.
