Dear Forum members

I am researching the life and times of Marjorie Eunice Airth Richardson. I know from google books that she appears in the List of personnel compiled by the British Red Cross Society and the Order of St. John (6th Edition, 1917).

Will some kind sould be able to do a look up, and / or even supply a scan of the page?

I am especially interested to know at what station she served.

Thank you

William

The Register merely states that Marjorie Eunice A. Richardson served in France as a VAD. Certificate No. 12920, passport issued by War Office. No further detail.

Thanks Norman, I am most grateful.

It's a pity, because the snippet appearing on google books seems to show that the person one line above her served at Boulogne!

... 17298 Personnel Boulogne Orderly RICHARDSON, Arthur Isidore 777i 69631 ...

Margaret 4728 wo VAD Boulogne VAD RICHARDSON, Marjorie Eunice A. 12920 wo VAD

Thanks again

William

If you haven't done so already, contact the British Red Cross Society Archives to see if they have a service record for her - a good chance if not 100%. The address etc. is on this page:

BRCS personnel records
