Poulton is recorded in the coldstream register for those killed - his name being added to the top of the list - confirms he died accidentally but cant read the rest

Coldstreamer,

My great uncle died in an accident while harnessing a horse, the horse bolted and he was caught up in the harness and dragged along and subsequently his neck was broken.

I got this info from the report in the local paper.
