Researching an officer who was commissioned 1916 from RSM in the Coldstream and his papers show he is due this medal - is there a roll to confirm ?

I would take the Papers as proof of award, there may be a Regimental list, but no official roll IIRC;it appears that often those on duty were often marched up to a box of them & told "Take One Only" the only confirmation I have seen is on Service Papers

There is a roll for the 1911 Coronation Medal at the National Archives - WO330/2

It would appear that

1st Bn Coldstream Guards 11 Officers, 4 ORs awarded 1911 Coronation Medal

2nd Bn Coldstream Guards 5 Officers 3 ORs awarded the 1911 Coronation medal
