Here's the MIC referred to on your other thread, but I can't offer any informed advice, sorry. Have you looked at the Long Long Trail for these regiments?

The BW&VM roll entry indicate that he saw overseas service with 2/4th Royal Berks. I can't give you much on his Hampshire Regiment service, other than that his regimental number 010118 suggests an enlistment date of circa mid November 1919.
