I think we all appreciate the amount of work that you have taken on , and you are entitled to our full support. If there is any help that you want I am quite prepared to try. Still, at a later stage in planning a hint to the eventual location might just do the trick. If it does, I will happily by you a second Belgian. You get the first one for undertaking the task at all. It looks as if it could very easily become a biggie and it will need a number of people helping to keep the individual workloads down to reasonable levels. To have taken this on at all means you deserve several beers and if it comes off, as we all hope it will, you'll be in a cirrhosis ward by the end of the weekend as all the alcoholic payments fall due! Now the ideas of numbers is firming up a bit, I'll start trying to think about a venue - but I think it's fair to say that it will be close-ish to Birmingham. I'll also pick one of the dates in my first post.
