Rycroft Posted 19 June , 2009 Share Posted 19 June , 2009 Hi Pals Just looking for the way to find how I could locate place of kia for Yates Bourke Gnr L/614 RFA 158th Bde kia 27/04/1916. On his mic he has the victory and war medal, but no star so I presume he must have joined up in 1916 ? On CWGC site it says Merville Communal Cemetery. thanks for looking Rycroft
John_Hartley Posted 19 June , 2009 Share Posted 19 June , 2009 You get hold of the brigade war diary (probably have to visit the National Archives as few RFA brigades are online) and look up the KIA date. John
