Droocoo Posted 19 June , 2009 Share Posted 19 June , 2009 How much would you expect to pay for a pair of Vickers Machine Gun boxes, Australian and probably ww2, because ww1 may be a bit old. thnx
Krithia Posted 19 June , 2009 Share Posted 19 June , 2009 You're on the wrong forum mate, this is WW1 only! WW1, cost on average as there were many different patterns ... £150-£

hudsonswhistle Posted 19 June , 2009 Share Posted 19 June , 2009 I think he means transit boxes for the machine gun and the stand,I have both,no idea what they fetch on their own though.
Mark Finneran Posted 20 June , 2009 Share Posted 20 June , 2009 Krithia - quite right ammuntion boxes..........and aiming lamp assemblies. If transit boxes I would be interested to hear WHAT are the identifying differences. My limited knowledge is based upon the rope handles/posn of chocks either end which identify Brit or Aussie manufacture - apart from the orange colour most Aussie ones have inside.
