billb_gh Posted 10 June , 2009 Share Posted 10 June , 2009 My grandfather was in Nelson Battn, RND. His service record has the line - HA/10867 ADM.1 (or ADM.L) can.DH Etaples 20.6.17. PUO Trench Fever Sev. AFB 104-80a The 'Sev.' probably means severe. Can anyone help deciphering the rest?
sw63 Posted 10 June , 2009 Share Posted 10 June , 2009 QUOTE (Bill B @ Jun 10 2009, 08:49 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My grandfather was in Nelson Battn, RND. His service record has the line - HA/10867 ADM.1 (or ADM.L) can.DH Etaples 20.6.17. PUO Trench Fever Sev. AFB 104-80a The 'Sev.' probably means severe. Can anyone help deciphering the rest? Etaples was the location of No 7 Canadian General Hospital - "Can. DH" could be Canadian DH (don't know what the "D" stands for - could it be a "G"?).
