In fairness should it not be extended to a Global Conference?

You arrange the North American one,Kim(Ozzie) arranges the Southern Hemisphere one and Gwyn(Dragon) arranges the tele-conferencing links from UK.

I'd hate to pay the breakfast,lunch and bar bill though. :D
