Can SKS please identify the uniform

I wonder if one of your esteemed posters could possibly identify the uniform of

the soldier in the photographs section of the following web site please?

The soldier in question is the image left hand side third image down.

I am not 100% sure it is a Great War soldier, if not, and not a question for this forum

please do not hesitate to delete this thread.

He is a Second Lieutenant {an Officer} and probably in the Black Watch, Royal Highlanders [there were a couple of other units who wore the same style of uniform, with only a slight difference in capbadge]. Do you know is name, as I may have some details regarding his service.

Apologies, His name is unknown, if you go to the home page on the web site you will see that people

are trying to locate the owner of the photographs, just thought if we could identify the uniform it might well help a litte.

It seems his surname was "HALL" but as for Christian name ? sorry.
