Born at Southampton on 05/07/1884 and married to Lydia Frances Lucy White on 26/12/1910. Lived at 1 South View Road, Bitterne Manor, Southampton, and worked as a grocer's assistant pre-war. Enlisted 30/05/1918 and died in service on 19/01/1919 from appendicitis, age 34. Buried at Sholing (St. Mary) Churchyard.
