Aged 20 Buried: Grave LXV.B.21. Etaples Military Cemetery George was the son of Joseph and Charlotte Sykes, of Wildboarclough, Macclesfield, Cheshire Commemorated on Buxton War Memorial. Also, my mum , rest her cotton socks, who would have been 95 today and whose father and three uncles served in the Great War - two uncles were killed in action.
