abdb123 Posted 8 April , 2009 Posted 8 April , 2009 Researching an officer in ASC (SR) who was the subject of disicplinary action in 1917 and the above letters D.R.1.a appear as a reference on most of the correspondence relating to him. Any one no what the letters stand for? Andrew

abdb123 Posted 11 April , 2009 Author Posted 11 April , 2009 That makes more sense as he was a bit of a bad boy, from his records he turfed out some of the men under his command from a tent and into the rain, and his CO took a disliking to him and made his life very difficult and he was Gazetted out of the service because of this in july 1917 Andrew
