AOK4 Posted 1 April , 2004 Share Posted 1 April , 2004 Hello, I just want to mention the opening of a new temporary exhibition in the Yser Tower in Diksmuide about 'mud'. The exhibition will be officially opened tomorrow evening (2 April). I cooperated by writing texts etc. and can assure you all it will be extremely good. Philippe Oosterlinck and Frankie Van Rossem, who provided most of the material for my Gheluvelt exhibition, have made the dioramas. I guess there will be a few pictures of the exhibition on www.wo1.be in due time. Regards, Jan

AOK4 Posted 2 April , 2004 Author Share Posted 2 April , 2004 All texts will be in Dutch, French, English and German, so also the English visitors will understand what it's all about. The exhibition will be held in the third and first floor (the rebuilt dugout is between third and first floor). Jan
David E I Jones Posted 2 April , 2004 Share Posted 2 April , 2004 I had a little look last weekend. Very, very impressive. The dugout was brilliantly done. The shear amount of WW1 equipment and artefacts amazed me. Well worth a visit. Do not miss it! Dave
