Jim Mitchell Posted 1 April , 2009 Share Posted 1 April , 2009 Can anyone confirm the Battalion of 12205 Pte John Siddall East Yorkshire Regiment. I`m almost certain he would have been 7th Batt. "One for Charles "

Jim Mitchell Posted 2 April , 2009 Author Share Posted 2 April , 2009 Thankyou Charles. There are conflicting spellings of his name ie Siddall, Siddle and siddell. Still it`s the same fellow as his number is the same. The MM is listed in The East Yorkshires in the Great War so I am going through the war diary in detail. thankyou for your help again. Best regards.
