Born: Aug 12, 1873 in Dunbeath, Caithness, Scotland He joined the Canadian Army ...Feb. 3, 1916. He made it back to his homestead (Fort St. John, British Columbia, Canada) from WW1 to be murdered Aug. 31, 1919.

I checked your link and you are correct..that's him. I already have those cert. It is terrible to fight in a war and to be murdered, when he came home. I only wish I had a photo of him. Everyone's life should be remembered by someone and this forum has helped me do that for him. Thank you, again.
