wattie Posted 14 March , 2009 Posted 14 March , 2009 I'm having trouble finding anthing out about my Grandad, all I can find was that he was in the Royal Irish fusiliers (18798) before moving to the Corps of Hussars and ending up in XI Hussars (19469). I have found his medical card. He served between 1911 and 1921. He was from scotland ( I think ) as he lived in Newtongrange (Newbattle) Midlothian at 71 St Davids, Newtongrange. Your help would be very much appreciated in finding anything ouy about the man as I never met him.
