Cole and Cheeseman

Would anyone be able to put me on the right track to contact MR Cheeseman, co author of the 'Air Defence of Great Britain' 1914-1918 please?

Any help appreciated. I know it was published by Putnam Presss but they seem to have amalgamated with Penguin Press USA and the track has gone cold.

I was just after a contact of his in Canada that has a lot of Stow Maries Photos. Mrs Sadler who has probably passed on by now too. Her father was Lt Hollington who took lots of photos of Stow in 1918.
