'Boys of the Old Brigade'

Does anyone have or know where I might find, the words to Boys of the Old Brigade by (I believe) Weatherley and Barri?

My very elderly neighbour has a CD on which the tune is featured but he's forgotten the words he says he used to sing and so far I can only find what I believe to be the chorus which is ...

Then steadily shoulder to shoulder,

Steadily blade by blade!

Ready and strong, marching along

Like the boys of the old Brigade!

I am aware there is an Irish rebel song of the same title, but the song I'm after is the one associated with the inpatients of the Royal Hospital, Chelsea and which is played at the Royal British Legion, Festival of Remembrance.

If anyone can help I know it would make my neighbour's day.
