Thomas Lancelot Pescod TWEDDLE

Recommended Posts

My search of the CWGC's 'Debt of Honour' list has failed to turn up today's casualty

There were 28 Tweddles died in WWI (using Army and UK parameters)

but, none died on 18/02/16 and only one chap (DLI died 29/09/18) is in this cemetery

Has anyone else been able to trace

Private Thomas Lancelot Pescod TWEDDLE, 21st (Tyneside Scottish) Northumberland Fusiliers, who died on 18.02.16. aged 30, Glageon Communal Extension, France

Interesting Michael - doesn't seem to be on SDGW either (at least not on the Find My past version)

There were 4 Tweddle casualties in the NF (per the Ancestry version - which STILL can't get theatre of war right!!!) - but no Thomas

Charles Tweddle (born) Bebside, Northumberland 12 Apr 1917 Northumberland Fusiliers Aldershot

James Tweddle (born) Byker, Northumberland 15 Sep 1916 Northumberland Fusiliers Aldershot

Robert Tweddle 19 Dec 1917 Northumberland Fusiliers Aldershot

William Tweddle (born) Blyth 21 Dec 1915 Northumberland Fusiliers Aldershot
