A touching story.

When they die they don't leave us, they walk beside and watch over those who remember.

Their families can be proud of what they did.

Heroes live forever.

'Comrades adieu, my life has fled,

We are numbered now with the illustrious dead;

Oh haste to christ, make no delay,

For no one knows their dying day'

"Nearer my God to thee'

Regards

I attended the memorial service for Travis held out here in Helmand Province last week. The humour wasn't just confined to Bill's service, there were a few interesting dits told about the young Bootneck and he'll be well remembered.
