issues with KC

Anyone know what one of these is? To another of my great grandfathers! He was in the Navy.

"K.C (No12640) issued 9/8/20"

KC = King's Certificate, issued to those wounded.

The Naval version reads " XXXXX ... Served with honour and was disabled in the Great War. Honourably discharged on XXXXX."

I'll do a little write-up on George Andrew Tough soon.

His brother Arthur Ray Tough served too.
