Welcome to the Forum Sean. Great to hear from you. I grew up near Kenmore, and was just searching for some of those named on the Kenmore War Memorial. A few of them proved quite difficult, and it turned out they were lads from the local Orphanage. One of them was Arthur Pinkney. Any information you have would be of interest to me. Feel free to post here, or, if you prefer, you can send me a pm (private message) Not sure if that will be available to you yet, you may need to post a few more times.

Many thanks for posting here.

Mike

I will gladly share the information, like I say it's a little while since I last looked into this but will get it dug out with all the notes! some of the history from the murder to arthurs death were a little blank! We knew he went to an orphanage in Scotland but where unsure which, so thank you for that, I shall be in touch as soon as I get the stuff together.

Thanks again

Sean
