I am fairly certain this is the Shropshire light Infantry, can someone confirm and can any more information be gleaned from the photo.

Yes King's Shropshire Light Infantry wearing Victorian pattern Slade-Wallace belt, and has marksman's qualification badge on left sleeve

This is the same man, am I right in thinking this is Mess uniform.
